Restrictions
I understand that bulkammowholesale.com does not ship outside the continental United States. The following additional restrictions apply:
AK: No ammunition shipments.
CA: All orders must ship to an FFL. Please email a copy of the FFL to sales@bulkammowholesale.com BEFORE ordering.
CT: Buyers of ammunition must provide ONE of the following:
1. A permit to carry a pistol or revolver.
2. A permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver.
3. An eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver.
4. A long gun eligibility certificate.
5. An ammunition certificate and motor vehicle operator’s license, passport, or other valid form of identification issued by the federal government or a state or municipal government that contains such person’s date of birth and photograph.
6. Law Enforcement ID (Local, State, Federal)
7. Military ID
The document must be uploaded during checkout or emailed to sales@ammoshoponline.com BEFORE ordering.
DC: No ammunition shipments.
HI: No ammunition shipments.
IL: Buyers of ammunition need to provide ONE of the following:
1. FOID and IL driver’s license/ID
2. Concealed carry license and IL driver’s license/ID
3. Law Enforcement purchase order (Local, State, Federal)
4. Military purchase order

MA: No ammunition shipments.
NJ: Buyers of handgun or hollowpoint ammunition need to provide ONE of the following:
1. NJ firearm purchaser ID
2. Handgun purchase permit
3. Handgun carry permit
4. Law Enforcement ID (Local, State, Federal)
5. Military ID

NY: All orders must ship to an FFL. Please email a copy of the FFL to sales@ammoshoponline.com BEFORE ordering.
I understand that if I attempt to have restricted products shipped to these areas, my order will be cancelled.
Assumption of Shipping Liability: We ship by FedEx Ground, to arrive in 1 to 7 days after the tracking number has been received. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release ammoshoponline.com from all liability and responsibility thereafter.
Return Policy: All sales are final. All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I cancel an order for any reason, I will be subject to paying a 15% cancellation fee. I understand that if said order has been processed for shipment (tracking number assigned to the order), I will be subject to paying an additional $25 fee. Once an order has shipped, bulkammowholesale.com can no longer process a cancellation.
